During my recent visit to Bucharest, I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in a great location. Upon entering, I was pleasantly surprised by the charming exterior. The hotel staff were not only competent but also extremely helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Communicating in English was a breeze at the reception desk, making check-in a smooth process.

The complementary mineral water was a nice touch and the room service staff were willing to help. the hotel was located within walking distance of the old town area and had a bus stop nearby. the breakfast had a lot of variety and options.

The rooms had carpeting and the windows did not open all the way which made it hard for those with allergies. there were not many options for buying food or drinks nearby.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing us with all the necessary details and making us feel welcome. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable and luxurious stay. The buffet breakfast offered a variety of choices and was a good value for the price. The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the city center and within walking distance to the famous Romanian Parliament palace. The proximity to two nice parks and the opportunity to sit in front of the hotel and enjoy a cup of coffee added to the overall pleasant experience. The air conditioning worked well, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout the stay.

Good location near center, no public transport but cheap taxis, helpful staff arranged taxi for lost items. Large beautiful room, comfortable bed, spacious wardrobe, great view from 6th floor. Breakfast included, lunch and dinner options available. Good option for longer stays. Easy check-in at 11 am, car park available, daily room cleaning. Nearby park for morning or evening walks. Magnificent view of nearby palace from lift. Effective air conditioning. Outdoor seating available.

We had a very pleasant stay in this place. The location is excellent as it is close to the City Centre as well as to the Izvor Tube Station which provides a good way of taking connections to the airport. The staff are very nice and professional. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the hotel offers a variety of services such as room service, dry cleaning, and laundry. The restaurant and bar provide delicious meals and drinks, and the breakfast is very good and plentiful.

It was a little bit far from the centre, but it is still very central, just a 15-minute walk to the Old city centre. However, we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families, as it provides a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
