The hotel staff was amazing, always friendly and ready to help. the location of the hotel was perfect, very close to a important museum and within walking distance of the city center. the rooms were clean and welcoming, and the pictures didn't do justice to how nice they actually were.

The internet connection was a bit fickle, and the curtains in the room were too short to block out the street lights. the coffee served at the hotel was mediocre.

The service at this family-run hotel was top-notch. They even made phone calls and gave us recommendations for places to visit. the location was also excellent, right in the city center and close to the memorial museum. the hotel was spotlessly clean.
