The room was clean and spacious, with a TV, towels, and soap provided. the staff at reception were friendly and welcoming. the location was very convenient, close to many shops and restaurants.

The bed was incredibly uncomfortable - it felt like every spring was poking into me all night, leading to a poor night's sleep. the lack of soundproofing meant that I could hear noises from outside late into the night, making it difficult to fall asleep.
