I had a great stay at Nice hotel in Portsmouth. The rooms were recently renovated and very clean, making for a comfortable and refreshing stay. The shower had great grab bars and a large shower head, which was a bonus. The breakfast buffet was tasty, with everything tasting good and even homemade banana bread. Kaitlin at the front desk was welcoming and professional, always with a smile. I would definitely recommend this property.

The location of this hotel was great as it was central to all the activities we had planned. Despite being close to downtown, it was surprisingly quiet. The rooms were average in size, but clean and functional, with the added convenience of a microwave and small refrigerator. The staff provided basic amenities and were friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a healthy selection with cut up fruit, yogurt , and oatmeal. it was a convenient and satisfactory stay for what we needed.

All was fine and met our expectations.

Breakfast was good, fresh coffee available. No Sunday shuttle, had to use Uber. Workout room was highly recommended. Staff went above and beyond to help. Rooms clean and comfortable despite renovations. Pool open and clean. Front desk provided great advice and directions. Centrally located, easy access to eateries and attractions.

We loved the convenient location, just a short distance from downtown. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a clean pool and well-maintained workout room. Parking was a breeze, making it easy to come and go. The staff, particularly Cindy and her son, were incredibly friendly and made us feel like part of the family.

Couldn't find any faults at all. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.

The location of this hotel was great. It was near outlet shopping and many restaurants. It was also very close to downtown, which was a major plus. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and the staff was super friendly and helpful with directions. The room was spotless and the pool looked inviting.

The air conditioning did not work properly and the room felt damp and muggy.

Manny the shuttle driver was wonderful and took us to Warren's to eat and then downtown Portsmouth, giving us great recommendations for a charming wine bar. The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze. The breakfast had a great variety and the room was comfortable.

The location was a major plus, being centrally located and close to local eateries and attractions. It made exploring the area very convenient. The room security and ice stations were also easy to find and access, providing a sense of safety during our stay. Additionally, the breakfast options were great, with a variety of choices available.

There were a couple of downsides to our experience. We found reddish/pink bacteria and hair in the shower, and cobwebs in various areas of the room and bathroom.
