We had a fantastic experience during our stay at this place. The location was ideal for us, as it was not too far from the airport or downtown. The room was nice and clean, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning and tea/coffee facilities. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with excellent room service and fulfilling all our requests. We also appreciated the convenient car hire service offered by the hotel, which made it easy for us to explore the surrounding areas.

The recently renovated rooms at Phoenicia were absolutely stunning. The modern design and attention to detail exceeded our expectations.

There was a drawback: Some of the older rooms still need an update. We were a bit disappointed that the prices for the newly renovated rooms were higher, while the older ones remained the same.
