Totally recommend for a whistle-stop

Cozy room, delicious breakfast, with a panoramic lift that provides great views and convenient location just a short 10-minute walk from the main attractions.

The atmosphere is pleasant, though sometimes the

noise from the outside can interrupt your peace. The staff was generally friendly, and I appreciated the spacious room with a good bed for restful sleep. However, the outdated TV was a bit of a letdown during my stay.

Large and varied breakfast buffet.

During my recent stay, I was shocked by the outdated condition of the room. The furnishings were old, with chipped furniture and a bathroom that had clearly seen better days. What really alarmed me was the fact that my drapes didn't close completely, allowing light to flood the room at dawn. I tried to complain, but all I received was an apathetic response from the staff, which only deepened my disappointment. For a hotel that claims to offer four-star service, the expectations were far from met.

Hotel desperately needs renovation!!! The cleanliness levels are quite low, with sticky surfaces and outdated furnishings!!! Plus, the made-up air conditioning doesn't seem to do its job properly!!! Accessing certain floors is more annoying than it should be!!!

the drapes in my room didn’t close all the way, letting in annoying light. super fun to wake up early! also, one lamp had no shade—very chic, right? i mentioned my disappointment, but of course the staff didn’t care. where was my upgrade or complimentary service, at least? they could’ve at least offered me a bottle of water!

The hotel provides a spacious, comfortable atmosphere that’s perfect for families, especially with kids. The location is ideal, being just a short walk from the vibrant old city, filled with cafes and restaurants. We truly enjoyed the quality and variety of the breakfast, which kept everyone satisfied each morning.

Some amenities, like the air conditioning, could definitely use an upgrade.

the location is decent, I guess. but honestly, my bathroom didn't even have a proper door! also, the empty shower gel dispensers were just sad. for a four-star hotel, I woudl ve expected a little more pampering—maybe a complimentary bottle of water? I almost gave a good review, but I just couldn’t overlook these things.

the ramada is in a great location, just a short walk to the old center. the staff were friendly and helpful. the executive king room was clean, and i loved the view of the mountains. free wifi and a fitness center were great perks too!
