The pool water was quite cold, despite the hotel's description stating that it is heated.

We arrived at the hotel and were pleasantly surprised to find a chilled bottle of champagne waiting for us in our room. It was a lovely touch that made us feel special. The pool and gym facilities were excellent, allowing us to stay active and relaxed during our stay. The staff were always friendly and welcoming, providing impeccable service throughout our time at the hotel. Additionally, the location was convenient, close to a shopping mall and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. we had a great experience at Sky Blue Hotel & Spa.

The location of this hotel is not ideal, as it is far from the city center. Additionally, the spa center in the hotel provides a relaxing atmosphere where guests can unwind and indulge in various treatments and therapies.

The staff at this hotel seemed unpolite and did not provide adequate information about the wellness area, particularly the rules regarding children. This lack of communication and professionalism resulted in a disappointing and unpleasant experience for guests.

The rooms are well-equipped with comfortable beds and great lighting. the spa services and massage were fantastic! I also enjoyed having amenities provided in the room.

The location was not ideal as it was surrounded by industrial areas. the breakfast options were not always fresh and the room could have been warmer.

the exclusive amenities in our room exceeded our expectations, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. the Spa & wellness centre was a highlight, with a range of treatments and a beautiful infinity pool. We also enjoyed the seasonal outdoor pool and the sun loungers in the garden area. the restaurant provided delicious meals and had special dietary options available, and the bar area was perfect for relaxing in the evening.

The only minor issue we encountered was difficulty in finding the hotel's entrance, as it was located outside the city. Nonetheless, once we arrived, we were immediately impressed by the hotel's luxurious atmosphere and amenities.

I got great value for my money at this hotel! The room was spacious and the bathroom was huge. The staff at the reception and restaurant were very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with a nice view from the room.
