We had a lovely stay at Hotel Ganesh Himal. the courtyard garden restaurant/bar was amazing, with delicious food served from early morning till late. the staff, especially at breakfast, were very nice and provided exceptional service. the communal areas were enjoyable, with sofas and balconies on every floor. the location on the edge of Thamel was excellent, close to the main sights. the hotel was well managed and the beautiful courtyard was a real haven. it was a great experience, and we would recommend it to others.

The location was perfect, allowing us to easily access these busy areas while still enjoying a peaceful and quiet atmosphere at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and provided us with all the necessary amenities. We were also impressed with the fast and reliable WiFi, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's beautiful garden and restaurant area provided a lovely space to relax and unwind. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist us with any questions or concerns. One particular standout was the food at the hotel, which was delicious and budget-friendly. We highly recommend trying their banana crepe with honey, a sweet treat for those with a sweet tooth. Additionally, we discovered a nearby vegan-friendly restaurant, the French Bakery, which offered a variety of options such as soya/almond milk latte and gluten-free choices. our experience at Hotel Ganesh Himal was excellent, and we would definitely recommend it as a base for exploring Kathmandu.

The staff at reception is incredibly fast and professional. The hotel is clean and has a really nice design and atmosphere. The internet is fast and stable, and the hot water is really hot, which is important during the winter. The hotel also has an internal yard where you can relax. All procedures, such as check-in, check-out, and ordering taxis, are fast.
