The location of the hotel was ideal, with a huge shopping center just a short walk away. It was convenient for all our shopping needs. The room and bathroom were both clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of. Additionally, the complimentary snacks and drinks in the room were a nice touch.

The shower leaking through the door was a major inconvenience during our stay.

The bathroom had a leaky shower that flooded half of the bathroom floor. the property has a strict no smoking policy and there were no ashtrays available on the premises, so we had to sneak cigarettes outside.

Our stay at 27A On Angus was fantastic. The small apartment was beautifully equipped and the setting was absolutely pleasant. We loved that it provided a home-like atmosphere, which made our stay more enjoyable than a typical hotel. Additionally, the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the Eastgate shopping centre. It offered a much better space to work from compared to a hotel room.
