We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff and owner made us feel right at home, and their friendly demeanor was truly welcoming. The gardens and exterior of the hotel were absolutely stunning, adding to the overall luxurious atmosphere. And let's not forget about the breakfast - it was not only well presented but also exceeded our expectations in terms of taste and variety. We will definitely be returning to this hotel next time we are in the area.

The garden outside was breathtaking and really set the scene for relaxation. The breakfast was plentiful and so tasty, I couldn't get enough. One thing I really enjoyed was the location - very close to the university and some great local restaurants.

The room was not well-maintained - the towels were old and matted, and the sheets had stains on them. It was also quite dark and dingy inside with poor lighting and a musty smell.

The breakfast selection is divine with a great variety. The bedrooms are comfortable and clean with added personal touches. The grounds and gardens are well-maintained. The owner and staff are friendly, caring, and helpful, going the extra mile to ensure a lovely stay.

A cozy retreat with a delightful garden and scrumptious breakfast. The warm welcome from the hostess made us feel right at home. Despite a minor hiccup with the TV and curtains, the stylishly furnished rooms were comfortable. I highly recommend this charming guest house.
