During my stay at Avondale Boutique, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the bed. The shower was absolutely amazing, providing a refreshing and relaxing experience. This hotel is a great value for money stay. The rooms are comfortable and beautifully decorated, with the added bonus of a balcony to enjoy the views. The staff are friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. Location-wise, it's perfect - very close to the vibrant Florida Road, known for its fantastic restaurants, and just a short drive away from the beachfront.

The only minor issue was that the tea facilities in the room weren't replaced, but overall, everything was perfect.

The hotel was well-maintained and spotless, with super comfy beds and a large TV. the bathroom was modern and stylish. the hotel is situated in a convenient location close to lots of great restaurants. I also loved the fact that the staff, especially the breakfast waitress, were friendly and went out of their way to cater to our needs.

the noise from outside was quite loud and distracting. the second issue was that the service to the room was slow, and our request for our room to be cleaned wasn't fulfilled.

Exceptional service, accommodating staff, sweet and polite reception, late check-out granted, excellent breakfast menu.
