I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the room was small but cozy, with a really comfortable bed. the location is just perfect, away from the town centre, surrounded by beautiful countryside. It's so peaceful and tranquil here. I loved how easy the self check-in process was, and the breakfast was simple but delicious. I particularly enjoyed the boiled eggs and crispy croissants. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more pleasant.

One thing that could be improved is the availability of a desk in the room. It would have been helpful to have somewhere to sit and do hair and makeup.

Located in a quiet area near the river, this hotel impressed me with its cleanliness and attentive staff. Ample parking and excellent breakfast choices were a definite plus.

The cosy room in the old farmhouse was a pleasant stay. The short walk to Abingdon through the fields was lovely, though the unlit path back in the evening was a bit unsettling. The breakfast and amenities at the B&B were great, but some noise and lack of soundproofing were noticeable. The dog, friendly accommodation was convenient, but the outside areas were poorly lit at night, and the door lock was a bit fiddly. The shared kitchen was well, equipped for self, catering. A pleasant spot overall, especially for a short stay.

Stayed at the Kingfisher for a weekend getaway to Oxford. Lovely location down a country lane, short walk from town. Rooms opened onto a pretty courtyard where breakfast was served. Delicious continental breakfast with a variety of options. Comfortable, clean rooms and friendly staff. Convenient parking. Great base for exploring the area.

We also enjoyed the beautiful garden courtyard filled with flowers, which our twin room overlooked. A 20-minute walk into Abingdon was a lovely way to explore the area.

I keep returning for trips. On my first stay, staff kindly arranged an early check-in. This place is perfect for me with Free Wi-Fi, Free parking, Outdoor dining, and a Flat-screen TV. Everything I need is here.

The bathroom with heated floors was a nice touch and the water pressure in the shower was great. The location of the hotel was convenient and easy to walk to nearby attractions. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom facilities were clean and well-maintained throughout my stay.

The breakfast provided was very basic and lacked variety, which was a letdown considering the price I paid. the room was quite cold at night and the duvet provided was too thin to provide sufficient warmth.

The continental breakfast spread with a wide variety of choices was simply delicious. The rooms were not only super comfortable but also exceptionally clean. I will definitely be coming back here in the future as it is a great base for exploring nearby Oxford. The free parking was a bonus too. Room 6 was perfect for a short break, the large bathroom and comfy bed were amazing. Tea and coffee facilities were provided, and the location was great for getting into town and enjoying fantastic river walks.
