We had a fantastic stay at this quaint B&B tucked away in a quiet area. The location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre but still within walking distance to the river. The rooms were comfortable with lovely large bathrooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide range of options including fresh berries and croissants. The peaceful view from our room added to the overall charm of the stay.

It was great to have tea and coffee facilities provided in the room, and the location was excellent for getting into town and enjoying river walks. The staff were very nice and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious, with fresh berries and fruit. The room itself was clean, well furnished, and quiet, making for a relaxing stay. We also enjoyed the beautiful garden courtyard filled with flowers, which our twin room overlooked. A 20-minute walk into Abingdon was a lovely way to explore the area.

The bathroom with heated floors was a nice touch and the water pressure in the shower was great. The location of the hotel was convenient and easy to walk to nearby attractions. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom facilities were clean and well-maintained throughout my stay.

The breakfast provided was very basic and lacked variety, which was a letdown considering the price I paid. the room was quite cold at night and the duvet provided was too thin to provide sufficient warmth.

This place is absolutely mind-blowing! The peaceful atmosphere and cozy courtyard with chairs and tables were a super pleasant surprise. Millie, the manageress, was so helpful and patient when I called before my visit. The location down a country lane, just a 5-minute walk into town, was jaw-dropping. The riverside walks and nearby pubs with delicious food made my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were exactly what we wanted, and having breakfast in the modern cabin in the pretty courtyard was a fantastic experience. The continental breakfast spread with a wide variety of choices was simply delicious. The rooms were not only super comfortable but also exceptionally clean. I will definitely be coming back here in the future as it is a great base for exploring nearby Oxford. The free parking was a bonus too. Room 6 was perfect for a short break, the large bathroom and comfy bed were amazing. Tea and coffee facilities were provided, and the location was great for getting into town and enjoying fantastic river walks.

There was a lack of outside lighting from the car park to the room, which made it a bit difficult to navigate at night.
