The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful, explaining everything in the room and providing amazing welcome and goodbye letters from the manager. The complimentary coffee on the go was a nice touch, even though we drink tea. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that breakfast was included, and the added Easter egg touch made it feel even more welcoming. The location of the hotel with the peaceful canal and working port was very interesting. The generously sized apartment had ample parking spaces, which was a huge plus. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, providing an elbow crutch for my dad and ensuring he had a comfy bed. it was a great stay with no complaints other than the slightly higher pricing compared to other hotels in the area.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, upgrading our room when there were mix-ups with our reservation.
