We had an amazing experience at An Lam, with top-notch service from our personal butler, Viet. The location along the Saigon river is perfect for a peaceful retreat after a busy day exploring. The staff, including the management, went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. The attention to detail and level of care provided were truly impressive. We also enjoyed the high-quality food served in the restaurant overlooking the river. we were thoroughly impressed with our stay.

Nothing it is perfect.

From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were transported to a true oasis. The luxurious rooms were spacious, equipped with exclusive amenities, including a beautiful spa and wellness center. The highlight of our stay was definitely the outdoor swimming pool, surrounded by beautiful garden areas that made for the perfect spot to unwind. We had a delicious in-room breakfast and enjoyed drinks at the bar/lounge area overlooking the stunning sun terrace.

Although our stay was overall exceptional, there was one minor issue with the service. The check-in process could have been more efficient, but the staff made up for it with their friendly and attentive treatment throughout our stay.

I recently stayed at a small discrete boutique hotel along the Saigon river and it was a truly wonderful experience. The location was perfect - close enough to the city to enjoy its delights, but far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle. The ambiance and greenery of the hotel created a peaceful atmosphere, while the attentive staff made sure every need was met. I particularly loved the spa and pool facilities, as well as the delicious buffet breakfast. it was a five-star experience that I highly recommend.

The location of the hotel is ideal, situated in beautiful gardens on the bank of the Saigon river. The rooms are spacious and have a gorgeous view of the river. The bathroom is also quite large and well-maintained. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, with friendly and helpful individuals like Vu, our personal butler. The breakfast options are delicious, and the happy hour overlooking the sunset on the river is truly magical.

The service can be a bit inconsistent at times, as seen when my husband arranged a birthday surprise that was forgotten by the butler.

Great getaway! The hotel offers a complimentary speedboat shuttle that was very convenient for getting around. The staff was friendly and attentive. The pool area was beautiful and the spa services were amazing. The food was top-notch and it was great to try some local dishes. The private gardens were a nice touch for some extra privacy.

The location was quite remote, so it was difficult to find stores or restaurants nearby. The room was a bit too hot at night and the air conditioning was not very effective.

Mind-blowing relaxation! The cheapest room was jaw-droppingly awesome - like a beautiful little house. The staff were super nice, the private pool was awesome, and the coffee body scrub was a pleasant surprise. The airport pickup was on point, and the boat ride was memorable. A perfect end to our trip!

We had an amazing stay at a retreat in HCMC. Just a short boat ride away from downtown, the resort offered a nice atmosphere and fantastic breakfast. Our spacious room was beautifully decorated and had TV entertainment. The staff were incredibly attentive, even surprising us with a birthday cake in our room. It was the perfect birthday treat and worth every penny for a luxurious experience.

There was nothing I didn't like about our stay. 💯
