We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is great, it's in the center of many shopping malls and within reach of all major attractions. Our room was spacious, with everything intact and plenty of amenities such as air conditioning and a mini-bar. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially the manager at the restaurant who offered us unexpected treatment.

We would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

We thoroughly enjoyed the poolside bar, great drinks and atmosphere. Despite a minor issue with the room conditioning, the staff was prompt and friendly with the fix. we had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

We found the location of the hotel to be quite convenient, as it was just outside the city center and next to the Umgeni river on the north side of the city centre. It's also central to all the tourist spots and close to the beach, making it easy to explore and enjoy the coastal views. The rooms were spacious and had enough space to accommodate us comfortably.

The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par, especially in the bathroom.
