We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient, being close to the bus station, which made it easy for us to explore the area. The hotel had a beautiful interior with a stunning atrium that added to the luxurious feel. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Irasema at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and helped resolve any issues we had. The management also listened to our concerns and made sure we were taken care of. This hotel definitely has some great people working here.

The staff could have been a bit more attentive, but overall, they were not unfriendly. We recommend this hotel for families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The sheets were a bit scratchy, and we could not find any softer options in the closet. the Wi-Fi signal was weak in our room, making it difficult to stream our favorite movies.
