I had a great time staying here! The location was just perfect, with a major mall within walking distance, so I didn't have to worry about transportation. The staff was also very attentive and professional, making my stay even more comfortable. The room amenities were top-notch, with an ironing board and coffee facilities provided. I also loved the balcony and terrace area where I could relax and take in the beautiful view.

I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends for a wonderful stay.

The hotel is located near a variety of dining options and a large shopping center. The well-decorated rooms are comfortable with large showers and bathtubs. Housekeeping keeps the rooms clean and tidy. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Some guests have raised concerns about noise levels, but this appears to be an isolated issue.

The lounge and bath tub were great. Aircon is working and staff were well-trained. The beach is easy to reach by uber, and there are many nearby restaurants and a mall. Really nice overall experience.

I was impressed with the high level of security measures taken by Bon Hotels at Royal Palm. The doors were locked constantly and only accessed by those with access cards. I recommend this hotel.

New Year at this hotel was great! The atmosphere was fantastic and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. The complementary chocolates and bottled water in the room were a welcome sight after a long drive. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is close to popular amenities such as a mall and restaurants. The best part was that there was no need to drive anywhere as everything was within walking distance. The room was clean and serviced every day.

That the elevators took forever to arrive. , the bathroom sink was not clean around the rim and the toilet smelled a bit off.

The executive room is spacious and luxurious. Excellent bed with lovely pillows and beddings. Central air conditioning is magnificent. Buffet breakfast is scrumptious. Friendly staff. Good parking and security. Walking distance to Gateway shopping mall.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this 4-star hotel in Durban for two nights. The location of this place was great, right across the road from a large shopping center and a short distance from the main beaches and restaurants. It was very convenient for exploring the area and accessing all the amenities I needed.

This place exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room I chose was stylish and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything I needed. And the service was excellent, from the room service to the laundry service, everything was taken care of. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

I can't think of anything negative to say about this hotel. It truly met all my needs and provided a luxurious and comfortable stay.

For the price we paid, we got excellent value - the room exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, within walking distance of shopping and good restaurants. The staff at Royal Palm were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to assist us.
