I had a wonderful stay at a stunning location with great facilities at Arabella Hotel. The service provided by the staff was exceptional and they were very professional and diligent. The room was spotless and had a superb lake view. I was also pleased that they accommodated a late checkout, allowing us to relax a little longer. The dinner and breakfast were delicious, and I was particularly impressed with the dessert birthday plate for my husband.

The breathtaking location and kind, polite staff made our stay at Arabella Hotel truly enjoyable. The abundance of water stations was especially helpful in the hot weather. The spa treatments were top-notch and we highly recommend them. Special mention goes to Louis the chef, who provided us with fantastic advice on places to visit, making our holiday unforgettable.

I had a fantastic stay at a beautiful estate and golf course with a prime location. The value for money was great, the room was lovely, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

On the first day, we had a great experience at Jabulani restaurant. The location and views were stunning, and the staff was friendly and polite. Additionally, the hotel had a beautiful golf course and a pool area for guests to enjoy.

The hotel staff were not accommodating when we arrived early, making us wait until 2PM to check in.

The hotel was clean and well maintained, with excellent spa facilities. The breakfast buffet was great and there was a free shuttle to nearby attractions.

The location was out of the way and the shuttle was expensive. The staff at the spa were unprofessional and didn't provide a relaxing experience.

Lovely mini golf club set for children, thoughtful gesture. Cheapest room was elegant with own balcony. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Efficiency in housekeeping. Beautiful and child-friendly venue.

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The luxurious amenities exceeded our expectations, with a stunning sun terrace and outdoor swimming pool overlooking the beautiful lagoon. The Spa & wellness centre was a highlight, with a full body massage and body scrub leaving us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The exceptional service from the staff could not be faulted, with a private dinner in our exclusive room and in-room breakfast adding a special touch to our stay.

The only minor setback was the heated swimming pool being too cold for us to use, however, the indoor option was available for those under 16 years old. Despite this, the pool at this hotel was not as busy as expected, leaving us with a peaceful and relaxing stay.

The location of the hotel was ideal for my business trip. It was situated close to the airport, making it convenient for me to travel. the beautiful setting and views provided a relaxing environment after a long day of work. The comfortable lounges and the large pool were perfect for unwinding and enjoying some downtime.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I didn't particularly enjoy. The service at the hotel lacked warmth and passion, with staff members seeming to go through the motions rather than genuinely caring about their guests.
