We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with sparkling clean rooms and well-maintained shared bathrooms. The hotel facilities were also top-notch, with a communal lounge area that had a kettle, toaster, microwave, and fridge. The location in this wonderful neighborhood was ideal, with lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as being just in front of the beach, making it super convenient for enjoying the sun and surf.

We recently stayed at a guest house in a great location, close to bars, restaurants, and the beach. Our host, Paulo, was very friendly and helpful. He gave us plenty of advice on where to eat and what to see, which made a big difference to our trip. the guest house was clean, comfy, and felt like home. We would definitely stay at Pension Aia again for its excellent location and helpful staff.

I got great value for my money at Pension Aia. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Just had an amazing stay at Pension Aia! We were in San Sebastian for a week-long vacation and the hotel was perfect for us. The location in Gros was ideal, with lots of bars and a beach nearby. The kitchen amenities were top-notch, and the shared toilets were always clean. The key code lock access was hassle-free, and the hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even let us store our luggage after check out. Highly recommend this hotel!

We loved everything about our stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable and had a fantastic shower. The small balcony overlooking the street was a nice touch. The hotel facilities were great, including the common kitchen area where we could make a cup of tea at night. great stay at a lovely hostel in Gros! The rooms are stylish and cleaned daily, and Paulo is the friendliest host. The location is perfect- close to the beach and many bars. The shared bathrooms are clean and tidy. Would definitely stay here again!

Location right by the beach: The hotel is located near Zurriola beach, and a scenic walk along the beach takes you to La Concha beach and Igueldo Mountain. Staff: Paolo, the host, was exceptionally helpful and provided us with useful information about the city.

We had a great stay at Pension Aia! Paolo, the owner, made us feel very welcome and the staff were friendly and helpful. the location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach, and the room was comfortable with nice showers. the cleanliness of the place, including the toilets, was consistently maintained. the air-conditioning kept the room cool while we were out, and overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely recommend Pension Aia for couples or friends looking for a mix between a hostel and hotel.
