We had a wonderful family getaway in a stunning resort surrounded by breathtaking mountain sceneries and wildlife. All the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the daily housekeeping was a plus. The breakfast was great and the restaurant staff went above and beyond to make our dining experience exceptional. The kids enjoyed the pools, waterslide, putt-putt, and trampoline, while we appreciated the peaceful nature views. Our spacious 3-bedroom house was perfect for us and had two modern bathrooms with showers and separate toilets.

The check-in process was slow due to long queues and extensive questionnaires.

The location alone makes it worth the visit, as you can enjoy breathtaking views while taking peaceful walks and simply chilling. The staff here are incredibly efficient and provide friendly service, ensuring that your stay is enjoyable. The attention to detail in the rooms is commendable, with cozy and comfortable accommodation that offers great value for money. As a vegetarian, I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast options, including delicious sauces to enhance the flavors.

The location was also perfect as it was close to public transportation and all the main attractions.

Our room was in a very poor condition on arrival. the bathroom was dirty, and the towels smelled like they had not been washed properly.

We had a lovely stay at a mountain chalet surrounded by wildlife. The self-catering chalet provided all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We felt safe with security patrols at night. Only downside was the lack of flexibility with a late checkout. I would recommend this resort for a peaceful getaway.
