I had a real home away from home experience at Avalon Guest Manor. The beautiful garden and small swimming pool added to the peaceful ambiance. The well-equipped room and amenities were impressive. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. Each room had its unique and beautiful name, which added a personal touch.

There was some noise disturbance at night due to water running through the pipes and people walking upstairs in the Harmony room.

The staff were amazing and really made us feel at home. The location was perfect, with ample secure parking for our vehicle. We also appreciated the convenience of having fresh milk in our room's fridge.

There was a problem with our original room due to a plumbing issue. While the staff handled the situation well, it was still inconvenient to have to switch rooms.

This hotel is the epitome of luxury. From the exclusive amenities to the stunning decor, I felt like a VIP during my stay. The staff were extremely attentive, ensuring that all of my needs were met. The outdoor swimming pool was a highlight, with a sun terrace and garden area providing the perfect space for relaxation.

My only minor issue was with the leisure/TV room, which was a bit small. However, this was easily overlooked given how incredible the rest of the hotel was.
