Great Staff, Delicious Food, and Relaxing Atmosphere

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay very pleasant. the food and drinks were delicious, and the beer tasting experience added a unique touch to our visit. the overall atmosphere was relaxing, especially with the beautiful view of the garden and mountain from our balcony. However, the parking situation could be improved for the convenience of hotel guests.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! From the warm welcome by the staff to the impeccably clean room with luxurious amenities, everything exceeded my expectations. the lush garden area was a perfect spot to unwind with a cup of delicious coffee and the restaurant served top-notch food that left me craving for more.

One tiny aspect that could be improved is the noise levels in some rooms, especially during the evening. Perhaps, implementing some soundproofing measures could.

The restaurant and bar were top-notch with delicious food, and the rooms were cozy and stylish. the attention to detail and friendly staff made our stay special, with thoughtful touches like fresh milk in the fridge and personalized service. the weak WiFi in the room was a bit of a bummer, and we had to constantly shuffle parking spots, but overall a great spot to unwind and explore Plett! 🌟

During my Christmas stay, I loved the stunning superior room with its massive balcony and amazing amenities. the bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower was absolutely awesome. the staff were all very friendly and helpful, making us feel extremely welcome. the highlight was definitely the fantastic restaurant downstairs, where we enjoyed top-notch lunches and breakfasts. the food was delicious and the big fireplace added a cozy touch, perfect for the cold and wet days. the concept of the hotel being located at a brewery was great. We thoroughly enjoyed the free beer tasting token, allowing us to try four different delicious beers.

The design flaw in the standard double room. the lack of division between the toilet and shower meant that water went everywhere during showers, which was not a pleasant experience.
