our second stay in gudauri exceeded expectations. lodge offered exceptional service, beautiful location, and impressive facilities.

The spa at the Lodge was fantastic, just what I needed after a long day skiing. The Jacuzzi was the perfect temperature and provided a relaxing experience. The staff were accommodating and made sure we were comfortable. I had a great stay at the Lodge.

Great location, ski-in ski-out. Amazing breakfast with stunning view. The pool is a great extra. Convenient facilities and bar. Excellent ski-in and ski-out. All you need on-site!

Not one thing.

Located near the ski lift, guests can easily access the slopes for skiing and snowboarding. Even without snow, guests can enjoy a variety of activities in the local area. The restaurant offers a nice dinner selection with some tasty dishes. Guests can also enjoy the beautiful views from some of the rooms.

The hotel lacks attention to detail in some areas.

The guest services manager, Nina, was a huge asset to our stay, offering assistance and even translating for us with the doctor. The bar area was cozy and comfortable, perfect for spending hours hanging out. The breakfast was great, with lovely staff. it was a fantastic stay.

Felt like a home away from home, no complaints whatsoever.

Conveniently located near the ski slopes. Modern amenities including ski rentals on site. Friendly staff and great food. Relaxing spa and indoor pool. Beautiful views from outdoor terrace.

This hotel is a luxurious venue that exceeds guests' expectations. the service is exceptional, with friendly and flexible staff. the Spa & wellness centre is incredibly special and boasts an amazing outdoor hot tub and sauna. the indoor swimming pool is clean and well-maintained. the sun terrace and sun loungers excellent amenities to relax and soak up the sun. the restaurant boasts an amazing breakfast buffet with cool atmosphere, and the lobby bar offers high-standard cocktails. the ski depot is comfortable, and the great location allows you to ski in ski out with walking distance to the gondola and convenience stores.

The only minor issue was that the foldout bed offered in the triple room was inconvenient. Despite the ski equipment rental being closed, the hotel still managed to provide taxi service to New Gudauri daily.

The spa facilities were great and we especially enjoyed the outdoor jacuzzi, which was very relaxing after a day of skiing. the food was good and we appreciated the complimentary wine offered in the lobby bar. the location was also very convenient, with direct access to the slopes and a convenience store within walking distance.

The service at the restaurant was poor, with slow and disorganized staff. Orders were frequently incorrect or missing items and tables were not promptly cleared.
