The receptionist at Benvenuto Hotel & Conference Centre was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. He made sure all our needs were met and went above and beyond to assist us. His excellent service truly made a difference.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was excellent, with easy access to major roads and a secure parking facility. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, providing us with excellent service throughout our stay. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the ironing facilities, as well as the heating and air conditioning options. The room also had a lovely sitting area where we could relax and enjoy the view. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making our stay truly memorable.

We highly recommend this place to all.

The Benvenuto Hotel & Conference Centre in Johannesburg exceeded all expectations. The staff, especially Ivy, were friendly, knowledgeable, and hospitable. The check-in process was easy, with secure gated parking provided. The rooms were sparkling clean, spacious, and equipped with a backup generator for load shedding. The property, located in a gated community, felt safe and offered comfortable beds and a superb breakfast.

Don't have any issues at all.

The staff is friendly and provides excellent service, with a particular mention to Ivy who goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

Some guests have reported that the breakfast options could be improved, with limited choices and cold food.

During my Christmas stay, the hotel was beautifully decorated and had a great location close to many attractions. the staff were exceptional and provided excellent service. I particularly appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea in the room.

The bed was uncomfortable and there was a lack of convenient electrical plugs. the noise level during my stay was unpleasant at times.
