The room was clean and stylish, with a great aesthetic. The lobby had a pleasant smell and the overall atmosphere was enjoyable. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located next to a mall and attractions, and parking is free.

There were some negatives during my stay. The room lacked mirrors and hanging racks/hooks in the bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient.

I have frequented this establishment for close to half a year and the staff have consistently been kind, friendly, and incredibly responsive to my needs. the addition of events and themed nights provided a fantastic opportunity to connect with others and explore different aspects of the building. the reception and security staff were exceptional in their hospitality and efficiency, making the check-in and check-out process a breeze. the room itself was spacious and luxurious, exuding a sense of comfort that felt almost like being at home. the warm smiles and exceptional service from the staff, especially the lady at the front desk, truly made my stay memorable.

I faced a few minor inconveniences, such as the lack of privacy in my apartment due to its proximity to the bar, the absence of a face cloth hanging facility in the bathroom, and a delayed delivery of a requested steam iron without an ironing board.

The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to Mandela square and the Sandton malls. The surrounding area feels safe to travel at all times of the day. The rooms are well-equipped with smart TVs and the restaurant offers delicious food. Additionally, there is a nice outside area to relax in.

There was a miscommunication regarding the special order Halal breakfast request, leading to disappointment.

The menu for breakfast could be more diverse.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and accommodated. I could easily extend my stay without having to change rooms, which was a huge convenience. The rooms themselves were perfect, equipped with everything I needed, including a nice big shower and plug points next to the bedside. The hotel's tech-oriented approach, with access control key tags and the ability to book in and out via email or chat with the hotel on WhatsApp, made everything so easy and efficient. I also loved the added bonus of luggage storage availability. I had a lovely stay and felt truly pampered.
