The rooms were well-equipped and staff polite, but some issues like noisy bars, technical hiccups, and unhelpful front desk staff affected the overall experience.

Blackbrick Sandton Two offers a perfect stay for guests. the location is ideal, close to Sandton City and the Nelson Mandela Convention Centre. the staff is accommodating and reachable via WhatsApp. Comfortable beds ensure a good night's sleep, and the tech-oriented features, like room access control, add to the convenience.

I faced a few minor inconveniences, such as the lack of privacy in my apartment due to its proximity to the bar, the absence of a face cloth hanging facility in the bathroom, and a delayed delivery of a requested steam iron without an ironing board.

The rooms are well-equipped with smart TVs and the restaurant offers delicious food. Additionally, there is a nice outside area to relax in.

There was a miscommunication regarding the special order Halal breakfast request, leading to disappointment.

I could easily extend my stay without having to change rooms, which was a huge convenience. The rooms themselves were perfect, equipped with everything I needed, including a nice big shower and plug points next to the bedside. The hotel's tech-oriented approach, with access control key tags and the ability to book in and out via email or chat with the hotel on WhatsApp, made everything so easy and efficient. I also loved the added bonus of luggage storage availability. I had a lovely stay and felt truly pampered.
