We stayed in a charming colonial home with antique furniture and a comfortable double bed. The location was perfect, right in the center of Tulbagh, within walking distance of many fine dining establishments. The breakfast was delicious and the service was friendly. There were lovely courtyard areas on both sides of the house, providing a peaceful retreat. it was a great experience.

The bathroom could use some improvement, as it was the least attractive feature of the property.

Attentive staff, made it feel like home. Antique furniture in room adds charm. Interesting historical overview in info file. Mosquito nets and high quality linens provided. Great value for money.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel in a lovely picturesque area. The location was perfect, right in the center of town, making it easy to explore the sights and enjoy the local restaurants and bars. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were beautifully decorated with attention to detail, with the table laid with beautiful blue china just like in the lovely pictures. The hotel was also kept very clean and had air-conditioning, which was a welcome feature.

The only minor issue I encountered was that some of the lights in the room couldn't be dimmed.

Spent Xmas in a beautiful, historical guesthouse. Loved the plush bedding and exquisite crockery. , the location was prime for exploring the nearby shops and restaurants. As a bonus, the quiet pool area was perfect for relaxing and taking a dip on hot afternoons.

The breakfasts left something to be desired. While they were decent, they lacked the attention to detail and flavour of other meals we had during our stay.
