I recently had the opportunity to stay at a hotel in a cosy new suburb of a vibrant city in South Africa. The location was away from the hyper-busy areas, making it a peaceful spot for travelers. The staff at the hotel were friendly and provided exceptional service, accommodating us for an early check-in and even leaving encouraging quotes on the bed each evening. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a relaxing stay. Additionally, the hotel had a fantastic ground floor restaurant and bar area, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. Unfortunately, there were some drawbacks, such as difficulties finding the hotel entrance and a lack of clear signage. Despite these negatives, the overall experience was pleasant and I would recommend the hotel for solo or business travelers looking for a comfortable stay.

I was really impressed with the modern and comfortable rooms at Century City Hotel Urban Square. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the bathrooms were a nice size. The hotel is conveniently located for both business and leisure, making it a great choice for any type of traveler. Additionally, the coffee machine in the room was a wonderful touch. Absolutely amazing stay! Modern vibe, clean room, helpful and friendly staff, great location near Hillsong Church and Canal Walk, safe parking facilities. Wheelchair provided for my wife, room near elevators for extra comfort. Professionalism and attentive service by Michelle, Kevin, and Brice. Truly impressed!

Great room size and modern design. Relaxing sleep in comfortable double bed. Convenient bathroom with good shower and amenities. Secure safe box for valuables. Restaurant with variety of delicious food. Perfect for conferences or individual stays.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, even recommending a reliable taxi driver who became like family to us. this place provided exceptional service and surpassed my expectations.

As party people, we loved the fantastic ground floor restaurant/bar area and the friendly staff. The clean and affordable rooms with a big bed were perfect for a good night's sleep. The virtual gym and techno-savvy room added to the overall experience. The welcome snacks with South African wine, peanuts, and biltong were a pleasant surprise.

Spent Easter weekend here and it was amazing! Loved the comfy beds and the breakfast offered two gluten-free options. The location is great, so close to shopping and easy access to the highway. Plus, it's a quick drive to the city center. The staff was attentive and made us feel right at home.

They didn't have a pool or any gym facilities, and during a private function we weren't able to access the patio.
