As someone who loves to escape to the mountains for a peaceful retreat, this hotel was the perfect haven for me. Set right up against the majestic mountains, the location was simply breathtaking. The views from my room were absolutely stunning, and I couldn't get enough of the tranquil atmosphere surrounding the hotel. The staff here were incredibly accommodating and friendly, making me feel instantly welcome. The service was top-notch, with room service available and laundry facilities on site. I was also able to book tours and get assistance with tickets, which made my stay even more convenient. The room itself was luxurious and well-appointed, with amenities like ironing facilities, heating, and a mini-bar. I especially enjoyed the sitting area and terrace, where I could relax and take in the stunning surroundings. The hotel also provided free toiletries and kitchen utensils, ensuring that everything I needed was taken care of. The flat-screen TV and comfortable carpeted floor added a touch of luxury to my stay. this place exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to return.

The location was perfect, nestled at the base of a beautiful mountain with great hiking trails nearby. We also loved the fact that there were plenty of attractions like canopy tours and a falcon center in close proximity. The hotel's updated decor was a pleasant surprise, and we especially appreciated the effort made by the owner to accommodate special dietary requests. The waffles at dinner were a delightful treat!

There were a few downsides to our stay. The carpets in the rooms could definitely use replacing, as they appeared worn and stained.
