The location of the hotel was fantastic, right across from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sea and sand. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Our room was spacious and comfortable, providing us with a relaxing space to unwind after a day of activities. The hotel also provided beach towels, which was a thoughtful touch. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel for its great location and comfortable rooms.

The hotel is conveniently located right in front of the bay area, offering stunning views. It is also close to the boardwalk centre, restaurants, and the beach. The room and bathroom were clean, and the staff provided friendly and efficient service. The breakfast was satisfactory, and there were facilities like a gym available. The comfortable rooms allowed for a good night's rest.

The lack of sea-facing rooms was a disappointment.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Port Elizabeth. the location of the hotel was absolutely amazing, just a short stroll from the beach and offering stunning ocean views. It was the perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful sunrises. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Lastly, the basic amenities in the room were great, with all the necessary comforts provided. I particularly appreciated the rooms with a view of the neighboring buildings and the ventilation gratings, which added a unique touch to the stay.

Everything was great and I couldn't fault my experience.

Found the staff to be accommodating, especially on the day of my exams. the location is ideal as it is close to the airport and main roads.

The rooms were not up to my standards. the musty and stuffy air made for an unpleasant experience.
