During our stay, we were delighted by the hotel's convenient location. It was just a short walk away from a variety of restaurants, allowing us to easily satisfy our cravings after a long day of exploring. Furthermore, the hotel's proximity to the beach was a major advantage for us. We spent our afternoons basking in the sun and enjoying the refreshing waters of the stunning Umhlanga beach. The room itself was comfortable and clean, providing us with a cozy space to relax after a day of activities. The bathroom was also well-maintained, ensuring our comfort and convenience throughout our stay. The friendly and attentive staff made sure that all our needs were met, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Although breakfast was not included in our package, we were pleased to find an array of dining options nearby to kickstart our mornings. the hotel offered a pleasant stay with its excellent location, comfortable rooms, and attentive service.

One aspect that could be improved upon was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. This made it difficult for us to enjoy a peaceful and uninterrupted rest, as we could hear noises from neighboring rooms.

The front desk staff were efficient and the overall service was exemplary. The variety of food available at the restaurant was extraordinary, catering to different tastes. The bar was well-stocked and the bartenders skilled in preparing local and international cocktails. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had modern finishes. The hotel also offered excellent sea views from both the restaurant and the rooms.

We had a fantastic stay here! The place is located in a great area close to shopping and restaurants. We loved the excellent service provided by the staff, from the receptionist to the porter. The rooms were clean and comfortable with amenities including a mini-bar, flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet with a variety of hot and cold options and the staff who had incredible customer service. Additionally, the leisure spa & wellness centre was the perfect place to relax with a massage and body scrub.

Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful stay with fantastic service, great amenities, and a relaxing atmosphere.

The gym equipment was not in proper working condition, which made it frustrating for me to complete my daily exercise routine.

We couldn't have asked for a better start to our day. the hotel also had a great gym for cardio workouts.

This hotel is in a beautiful area, close to the Umhlanga Ridge area and The Gateway shopping center. The rooms are modern and spacious, with excellent bathrooms. The aircon worked fantastically, especially on the upper floors. Breakfast included a wide spread and even catered for vegetarians, all at a great value for money with attention to detail.
