Upon arrival, my registration card was waiting for me on the desk without having to notify the staff. The room was incredibly spacious with high ceilings and a beautiful balcony overlooking the garden. The bathroom was modern, clean, and spacious as well. The staff at Coco De Mer Boutique was friendly, attentive, and very helpful throughout my stay. The restaurant served delicious food and the pictures on the website don't do justice to how amazing the room actually looks. I had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to the beautiful beach boardwalk and a variety of shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-maintained bathroom. The service provided by the friendly staff was exceptional, making us feel welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and the restaurant on-site served delicious food. Additionally, the hotel provided convenient facilities such as a gift shop and a tunnel leading to the car park.

One minor inconvenience was the need for adaptors to charge mobile phones, especially near the bed.

The food at the restaurant was excellent, and the staff there were friendly and attentive. The entire stay was made even better by the superior WiFi and the excellent wine selection. I will definitely be coming back to this fabulous hotel!

We had a great stay at the boutique hotel, close to the beach, mall, and good restaurants. the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and polite. the on-premise restaurant served delicious food. the location was well-positioned and maintained, and the management was helpful. the in-house restaurant, Fiamma Grill, offered a great breakfast and a vibrant atmosphere at night. it was a lovely experience.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is right by the beach, allowing easy access for swimming and sunbathing. it is conveniently located near other attractions in Ballito, ensuring plenty of options for entertainment in the local area. The restaurant also offers the convenience of being able to dine in swimwear if you've spent the day at the pool or beach.

The bar near the hotel can be quite noisy, especially in the evenings, which can be bothersome if you're looking for a peaceful night's sleep.
