our recent stay in hartbeespoort was incredible and exceeded our expectations. the staff at the hotel were so helpful and friendly, and they made us feel welcome throughout our entire stay. the breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean and comfortable. we can't wait to return soon!

The room was clean and comfortable, with thoughtful details like candles and rose petals. Breakfast was tasty and filling. The spa treatment was relaxing and the staff were professional. a peaceful and private retreat.

This hotel has an excellent location, being very close to all the major attractions of the area, which is great for tourists. The rooms are spacious and feature amazing decor, and the bathroom has a wonderful sona shower. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast is simply delicious, with great options for every taste. Some of the rooms even have a great view of the outside, making the stay even more pleasant. Additionally, the hotel offers fantastic facilities that are well-maintained and make the guests' stay even better.

The entrance road to the hotel is a bit bumpy and may cause some discomfort, especially if you are driving a car.

During my Christmas stay, I received two complementary facts that added value to my experience. the hotel is located in a prime location close to various restaurants, cafes, and shops. I loved the proximity to the nearby lake where I could enjoy various water activities.

The hotel failed to keep the towels and linen fresh. They should have been changed on a daily basis to maintain hygiene.

Relaxed decor, romantic atmosphere, peaceful getaway, tropical island vibe, fantastic spa.

We enjoyed the relaxing spa bath in our room, perfect after a long day exploring. The heated pool was great when the weather allowed it. we recommend this hotel for a peaceful getaway.

I had an unforgettable experience at this place. The location is in a perfect area with a nice beach nearby. The service was great, the staff must have been changing shift, but they offered us good service nonetheless. The hotel has a wonderful leisure spa & wellness centre with a seasonal outdoor pool and spa facilities. The room amenities were top-notch, with comfortable air conditioning, a lovely terrace, and even a patio with garden furniture.

This hotel is highly recommended to all.
