We had a great stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect for us as it was close to shops, restaurants, and the new Time Square casino. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a bathroom that had both a bath and separate shower. The hotel staff were friendly and the service was excellent, with amenities such as dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry available. we would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

The service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. the rooms were cozy, and the location was perfect for attending a wedding. the comfortable beds guarantee you a good night's sleep, and the homemade marmalade served during breakfast was a delightful touch.

The kettle inside the room was a bit small and had to be boiled several times for tea. It would have been better if they provided two towel bathrobes instead of just one.
