We had a fantastic time at this place! The location is perfect, being right next to Mall of Africa. It was so convenient to have everything so close by. The room service was excellent, and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We were impressed with the range of amenities provided, from car hire to dry cleaning to airport shuttle. The room itself was lovely, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary facilities. We also appreciated the extra touches, like the welcome drink and the tours/ticket assistance. we highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

The location of the hotel is exceptional, as it is right next to the Mall of Africa. This proximity provides convenience and easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants. Additionally, the hotel offers basement parking, making it even more convenient for guests. The rooms are stylish, clean, and functional, providing a comfortable stay for families with kids. Moreover, the friendly staff ensures excellent service and welcomes guests with a warm and helpful attitude.

There was a slight issue with the toiletries upon arrival, as there was only toiletries for one person. However, this minor inconvenience does not diminish the overall quality of the hotel and its amenities.

Our stay at Courtyard Hotel Waterfall City was exceptional. The hotel is exceptionally clean and modern, with advanced uses of artificial intelligence such as QR code menus, which I found innovative. The views from our room on the fourth floor were exceptional, and the pool was a nice feature. The cleaning staff were friendly and the location was convenient, with the Mall of Africa just steps away.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location was excellent because I hardly needed an Uber to get around. The hotel was just a walk across the road to a large shopping mall, making it very convenient. The service was top-notch, with a very welcoming and professional staff. The room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities like ironing facilities and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also had a beautiful swimming pool and sun terrace, perfect for relaxation. I had a great time here.

The Christmas experience at this hotel is simply amazing! the breakfast selection is outstanding, offering a wide variety of hot and cold food, perfect for kickstarting your day. the location is top-notch, with easy access to shops and restaurants. Plus, the stunning sunset views from the hotel restaurant are definitely a must-see.
