I enjoyed the varied breakfast options, especially the Yakhani pulao. the staff provided outstanding service, fulfilling all our special requests with warmth. the spacious rooms, late check-out offer, and proximity to the airport were much appreciated.

Upon arrival, the staff helped with my bags. This place suits me perfectly. It has Wi, Fi, Valet parking, a Poolside snack bar, Fitness center, Spa. I keep coming back for a city break.

Recently stayed at the luxurious Welcomhotel, had a wonderful time exploring authentic Amritsari breakfast options. the property impressed with its cleanliness and grandeur, though a bit secluded. Special mention to the EHK for the lovely room decor and excellent service. the Yakhani pulao at the restaurant upstairs is a must-try, and the bar provides a cozy atmosphere for relaxation.

beautiful converted palace hotel with attentive staff, delicious breakfast & punjabi cuisine, clean rooms, and impressive hotel facilities. exceeded expectations with exceptional service & charming character. a romantic weekend at itc hotels was truly delightful. cons: limited dinner varieties.

The complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi were a great addition to the stay. the hotel's location near popular tourist destinations made it easy to explore the area. the staff at the reception desk were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze.

The hotel does show signs of wear and tear. Some parts of the hotel were not cleaned to a high standard and the swimming pool area was in need of attention.

Our recent stay at Welcomhotel By Itc Hotels was a pleasant experience. The hotel is part of the excellent ITC group, ensuring a well-run establishment with helpful staff. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, and the kebab restaurant, led by top chef Bobby, served us the best Indian meal we've ever had. The hotel's free shuttle service to the Golden Temple was a convenient bonus.

The hotel's attention to hygiene was commendable, and the breakfast setup effectively managed the morning rush crowd.

The hotel's location near the airport was perfect for our early morning flight. It was a quick and convenient drive, allowing us to avoid the hassle of city traffic. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to major attractions in the area made sightseeing a breeze. We could easily visit all the famous sites without spending too much time in transit.

The quality of the food at the hotel's restaurant was extremely disappointing. The dishes were not prepared fresh, resulting in overcooked and inedible meat.
