From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of. The room assigned to us was spacious and luxurious, with a huge bathroom that impressed us. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we enjoyed a refreshing swim in the perfectly heated pool. The complimentary treats in the pantry were a delightful touch. Breakfast the next morning was delicious, and we can't wait to bring our kids next time!

Our stay at Dock House Boutique Hotel And Spa By Newmark was fantastic. Despite a minor issue with the spa massage, the rest of our experience was wonderful.

Christmas at this hotel was a great experience. the location was superb. It was conveniently located near all the main attractions, making it easy for us to explore the city. Secondly, the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel like VIP guests. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Lastly, the hotel offered a luxurious spa where we were able to relax and indulge in some pampering treatments. It was the perfect way to unwind during the holiday season.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the hot water in our room was not working properly for 12 hours, which was quite inconvenient.

As someone with physical handicaps, I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who made our stay comfortable. The spacious suite and well-thought-out amenities were a highlight. The outdoor area in the room was superb, and the view from the pool area was out of this world.

We stayed at Dock House for 4 nights and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, right in front of the lively waterfront area. Room 503 had a stunning view and was very comfortable. The hotel managers, especially Pieter, were extremely helpful and didn't push us to book tours with their own contacts. The breakfast options were great, with the choice of either dining at DockHouse or at their sister hotel, Prince Albert & Victoria. The hotel also went the extra mile with complimentary treats and small surprises throughout our stay. a wonderful and intimate hotel experience with plenty of options.

The value for money at Dock House Boutique Hotel was exceptional. The room was lovely and spacious, with a balcony that provided a perfect spot to relax. The location was fabulous, just a short walk to the V&A Waterfront. The staff were incredibly pleasant and attentive, especially Donovan and X. The breakfast at the Queen Victoria was delicious and served with great service. Having a pool and garden in the center of the Waterfront was a nice bonus.

The only small improvement for breakfast would be to have tea bags available in addition to coffee.

Excellent personalized service with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are luxurious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and beautiful furnishings. The hotel is in a great location, close to the vibrant nightlife of the waterfront and within walking distance of attractions like the sightseeing wheel and the blue and red bus circuits. Additionally, the hotel offers access to a nearby restaurant with great food and service.

Some rooms, like Room 2, may experience noise in the morning due to its proximity to the breakfast room. Additionally, the hotel can be a bit difficult to find on the first day, as the access is just past another hotel.

We loved the privacy of the hotel, yet very central to the town. The location was perfect, right across the road from the V&A Waterfront. The rooms were great and of high quality, and the bathrooms were also excellent. The hotel provided safe parking, which was a relief. We also appreciated that we could eat at any of the other Newmark hotels. The staff was very kind and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. it was a great experience and we would definitely stay there again.

Everything is what I need and want.

As a solo traveler, I loved the beautiful and spacious suite at Dock House Boutique Hotel. The staff were exceptionally gracious and made me feel like a valued guest. I also enjoyed being able to use the facilities at the sister hotel, Queen Victoria. The location right in front of the waterfront was perfect, and the view from my room was amazing. The managers, especially Pieter, were extremely helpful and provided valuable tips and assistance with tour arrangements. The surrounding area felt very safe, and I had the option of having breakfast at Dock House or at the nearby Pr. Albert&Victoria hotel, which offered a wider variety of options. The hotel also added nice touches like a welcome champagne bottle, a South African cheese platter, and nightly treats before bedtime.

I felt very well looked after, and nothing was too much trouble.

Great location in the heart of Cape Town, just minutes away from the V&A Waterfront and its attractions. We loved being able to walk to the waterfront and all its entertainment options.
