I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel during my visit. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet alley, allowing for a peaceful and uninterrupted sleep. I also appreciated the in-room safe, which added an extra layer of security to my stay. The free toiletries and well-stocked refrigerator were a nice touch, making me feel right at home. One specific situation that happened: We arrived early, and although only one room was available for check-in, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. They even proactively found us later to provide the keys for another room.

The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and professional, making our stay enjoyable. the location was perfect with plenty of nearby bars and restaurants to choose from, all within walking distance. the room was clean, spacious and comfortable, with a nice size bathroom. We also enjoyed using the hotel's pool, which was well-maintained and had plenty of towels available.

One negative aspect was that the lighting in the bathroom could have been better. the hotel sign was not very clear and caused some confusion for our taxi driver when trying to find the hotel.

It was also conveniently close to the train station, making it easy to navigate around Bangkok. the hotel itself was clean and insect-free, and the room even had a balcony. it was a good value for the price and provided a peaceful retreat after a busy day in the city.
