We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in the stunning Botha's Hill was simply breathtaking. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, from the attentive housekeeping to the helpful concierge. We were impressed with the laundry service and the convenience of the airport shuttle. The room amenities were exceptional, including the ironing facilities and the comfortable sitting area. The garden furniture provided a lovely outdoor space to relax and enjoy the scenery. The flat-screen TV and the Wi-Fi were great for entertainment. We also enjoyed the leisure facilities, such as the refreshing swimming pool and the BBQ area. this place exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, quality service, and beautiful surroundings.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I had an amazing stay at Eagle Wind Manor. Despite my early arrival, they were so accommodating and even provided me with coffee while I waited. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful garden view. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home, even dropping my son off at his tournament and lending him linen. The breakfasts were delicious and made to order. The location was perfect for me, close to my family. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

This guest house is conveniently located in the centre of the greater Hillcrest area, making it easily accessible to nearby restaurants and attractions. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a luxurious bathroom and fluffy towels. The staff provide exceptional service and the made-to-order breakfast is delicious. Guests can also enjoy the beautiful garden and relax on the quiet bench under the large tree.

The entrance gate to the property was broken and had to be pushed into place.

Good location, close to the city center and public transportation. The staff was friendly and assisted with any requests and needs. The breakfast offerings were delicious and varied, making it a great way to start the day.

The air conditioning system was not working, and the Wi-Fi signal was weak and intermittently disconnected. These issues made it difficult to relax and enjoy the room at its fullest potential.
