Despite a minor hiccup during check-in, my room at Innov8 Spaces was lovely and cozy. The infrastructure and facilities were great for a business trip. The security personnel at the gate were helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the heating was excellent. I would recommend this hotel for its good value for money.

The hotel is situated in a great location next to plenty of restaurants and malls, in a quiet and chilled part of the city. The rooms were clean and neat, and the receptionist was welcoming and helpful. There was fast Wi-Fi available which was a bonus.

The hotel lacked proper customer service and amenities. Towels provided were too small in size, and there was only one small tube of shampoo and a tiny soap.

The apartment is in a great location, with a cool neighborhood and a clean room. The WIFI was excellent, which was a big plus for us as business travelers.

We felt well taken care of during our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.
