I was pleasantly surprised by the fabulous treatment at the hotel, from the moment I arrived. The location close to the airport was very convenient for a business traveler like me. The room was beautifully decorated and had all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was spacious and well-appointed. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, always friendly and accommodating. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The view from my room was breathtaking, overlooking the stunning golf courses. The facilities on-site were impressive, with three of the best golf courses in the world. Additionally, the Manor House, where I had the pleasure of staying, was exquisite, offering a more personalized and exclusive experience.

I did find that in such a large complex, everything seemed a bit impersonal.

World-class Montagu Golf Course. 19th Hole overlooking the green. Laid-back atmosphere on Monet's outdoor deck. Sports and Leisure Centre with gym, games room, cinema, and poolside café. Plucking strawberries at Red Berry Farm.

Dirty plates and laundry, rude pro shop and golf management. The not-so-fun game of skipping holes due to waterlogged bunkers and greens.

The grounds at Fancourt were absolutely stunning, with manicured gardens and beautiful flowers creating a picturesque atmosphere. The facilities, such as the tennis courts, pool, and gym, were a clear plus for our stay. We also enjoyed the ambience of the property, which had an overall sense of serenity and allowed us to truly relax and unwind.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The property was massive and beautiful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially for golfers, with a renowned golf course on site. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, from the rooms to the cutlery and crockery. We were also impressed with the delicious spread at breakfast and the attentive staff who provided outstanding service. The location of the hotel on a golfing trip was ideal, offering a great opportunity to relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings.

The hotel offered exceptional services and top-notch facilities that exceeded my expectations. the location was perfect as it was surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens with an abundance of birdlife. the golf courses were a highlight, and I enjoyed the variety of dining options available on site with food of excellent quality.

There were a few negative aspects. Our room key never worked, and we had to rely on staff to enter.

As a family traveling with kids, Fancourt was the perfect choice. The property was beautiful and conveniently situated, with everything in one place. The restaurant staff was amazing, and we enjoyed eating at all the restaurants. The golf course was beautifully maintained, and our caddy, Schoeman, was fantastic with our son.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The exclusive amenities at this venue are second to none. From the fantastic breakfast to the gorgeous spa lounge, everything is catered for. the service is top-notch, with staff always going above and beyond to meet our luxurious needs. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools provide the perfect place to relax after a day of activities, and the beautiful garden area is breathtaking. Cons: the only minor issue we encountered during our stay was the lack of shading around the pool area. Although there were sun loungers available, there were no umbrellas to provide relief in the heat. this did not detract from the overall experience at the hotel.
