The location of the lodge is quite stunning, with beautiful surroundings that provide a direct touch with nature. The rooms are well thought out, with comfortable beds and clean bedding. The facilities, such as the bathroom, offer suitable amenities for a one night stay.

The front of house service and staff management need significant improvement. the cleanliness of the rooms was not satisfactory, with dust and hair particles on the floor.

We loved the serene environment of the hotel. the beautiful gardens made our romantic escape memorable. the staff was very helpful and accommodating, always with a smile on their faces. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast offered every morning, and appreciated the availability of Wi-Fi.

The noise level at night was quite high, with guests having loud parties while we were trying to rest. This was quite disturbing, and made it difficult to enjoy our stay fully.

Lastly, the hotel's location provided a safe and comfortable environment, with beautiful gardens and an inviting swimming pool. it was a great value for money experience.
