During my recent stay at Firwood Lodge, I was impressed with the convenient location, surrounded by local restaurants and shopping centrums. The breakfast served was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary accessories. I also appreciated the courtesy call from the reception prior to our arrival, showing great attention to customer service.

Although our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. the Saturday night was quite disruptive due to a loud party happening across the road until the early hours of the morning, which affected our sleep.

We had a fantastic experience staying at a cozy hotel in Pretoria. The location was perfect, with great restaurants near the Qatar embassy within walking distance. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. The staff provided excellent service, and breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed the lounge/pool area before departing.

We did experience some noise disruptions during our stay due to a nearby party.

Almost perfect.

During my Xmas stay, the breakfast was delicious with a variety of foods and drinks. the location was perfect as it was close to a shopping mall and several tourist attractions. I also loved the fact that there was a swimming pool where I could cool off during the hot weather.

The room was not what I was expecting. the bathroom was too small and the towels were not properly washed.
