Man, what a treat! The view from our room overlooking the zoo was just something else, saw elephants chilling out in the distance! And the breakfasts? Wow! We had a charming waiter who remembered our orders every day, felt so special. The service was warm and genuine, really gave us that homey feel.

Only thing was the pool area looked a bit tired, could do with a revamp.

This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, outdoor swimming pool, and a fantastic restaurant. During my first stay, the staff kindly guided me to a route I needed. Don't miss the incredible views while dining outside! I'm coming back for Xmas.

The service by the pool was exceptional, but there were times when

the staff seemed a bit distracted during busy hours. The convenience of WhatsApp communications made requests easy, yet I felt the flow could improve. Regardless, the ambiance and overall hospitality contributed to a memorable family getaway.

The staff went above and beyond, making unforgettable memories for my son's birthday with thoughtful surprises. The food at the Flames Restaurant could use better seasoning for the price we paid. We enjoyed biking tours around the area, which added adventure to our stay.

What a boss time! The views from the balcony were unreal, and the staff, especially Zizi at breakfast, made us feel right at home. Just wish there were more veggie options on the menu. Can't wait to come back!

I had an incredible time! The staff was outstanding and really made me feel welcome, I mean they even remembered my name after just one day. The gardens are breathtaking, makes you forget you're at a hotel.

We had an amazing time in the Garden View Deluxe King Room! The space was super comfy with air conditioning, a private bathroom, and a flat-screen TV. The heated family pool was a hit with the kids. Delicious breakfast with pastries and the convenience of WhatsApp for service. The spa was nice too, especially the back massage!

Dinner in the magical setting was something out of a dream! ! The sunset over the city skyline was breathtaking, and the wagyu carpaccio was phenomenal, truly a treat for the senses.

It wasn't cheap, but honestly, totally worth it for the experience I had!

The Panoramic View One Bedroom Suite was amazing! Super comfy bed, like sleeping on a cloud. The huge patio was perfect for chilling out and the view of the zoo was a cool bonus. The service was on point, and I loved the little touches, like the fantastic breakfast. Also, the welcome with champagne and cake for our honeymoon was sweet. The only thing? I felt the pool area looked a bit tired. But honestly, I’d totally stay again for that view and vibe!
