The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms have a lovely fireplace that adds a warm touch. The hotel is surrounded by great options for meals and entertainment. The mountain view from the first-floor window is beautiful. The staff, particularly Marko, goes above and beyond to provide an exceptional experience. Lu, who works at the hotel, gives great recommendations for dining and wineries.

We had an exceptional stay at the boutique hotel. The location was perfect, right off the main road and next to the renowned Reuben's Restaurant. We were delighted to find coffee, tea, water, and a complimentary bottle of delicious red wine in our room. The room itself was beautifully decorated and cozy, with a wood-burning stove. The service was top-notch, and the breakfast was amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

That the towels were a bit old and threadbare, which seemed out of place in the otherwise luxurious setting.
