We had a fantastic stay at this charming resort on the Orange River. The location was ideal, with breathtaking views of the river and a convenient proximity to the border crossing. Our room was comfortable and well-equipped, with air conditioning and a fantastic shower. The owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing helpful travel tips and even cooking us a delicious breakfast. We loved the peaceful atmosphere and the opportunity to explore the beautiful surroundings.

The lack of direct access to the river, but the elevated views more than made up for it.

We had a pleasant Easter weekend at this hotel. the tents were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a great shower. the views of the river were lovely and we enjoyed having breakfast on the patio. the owners were friendly and accommodating, offering us fresh milk and ice-cold drinks. the hotel was conveniently located close to the border, making it a great stopover spot.

The road to the hotel was dusty and used by lorries, which made it a bit difficult to get to. the location was not as close to the river as we had expected, and we had to walk a fair distance to get to it.

Excellent border stop location. Comfortable tent with good amenities. Friendly owner who provided fresh milk. Lovely views of the river. Pool and breakfast area overlooking the river. Helpful host family. On-site braai essentials available.
