My Easter getaway was mostly enjoyable with great amenities and convenient location. I loved the fact that the hotel offered complimentary Wi-Fi and a delicious breakfast selection. the hotel was also equipped with a fitness center, which helped me stick to my daily exercise routine. the hotel was in close proximity to popular attractions and public transportation, making it easy to navigate the city.

My experience was marred by the poor customer service I received from certain members of staff. Despite making a reservation ahead of time, I had to wait for almost an hour to check in, with no apologies or explanations given.
