We absolutely loved our stay at the cabin! It was clean, cosy, and had all the facilities we needed. The parking right in front was convenient, and the quiet location away from main roads was just what we were looking for. We enjoyed the nice pub down the road and made great use of the BBQ and fire pit. Despite the train track nearby, it didn't bother us as it wasn't loud. The hot water was limited but heated up quickly. We would definitely love to stay here again!

The location of this old people accommodation was fantastic, with beautiful scenery and surroundings. Guests enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the opportunity to be close to nature. One review highlighted the spacious field where dogs could run around freely and even interact with horses and donkeys. the property provided a cozy and clean room with amenities such as a microwave and toaster, ensuring a comfortable stay.

There was an issue with heating in the shower room, making it uncomfortably cold for guests.

We had a wonderful stay at Newlands Farm Stables Villa. It was the perfect place for leisure, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy ourselves. the staff was incredibly polite and professional, even allowing us to check out two hours late without any extra charge. the location was great, with lots of opportunities for activities like playing in the field and watching the trains. We were also provided with ample firewood, which was a lifesaver since we couldn't find any to buy in the shops. it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely come back.

As vegetarians and vegans, we loved the separate barbeque building for our evening feasts. The chalet had a good kitchenette with all the essentials for a morning brew. The owners provided tea, coffee, sugar, and milk, which was a nice touch.

the stables were quirky and had a nice atmosphere. the location was perfect for walking and there were two pubs nearby with great walking routes. It was a dog-friendly space, which was a bonus. I particularly enjoyed the BBQs and fire pits, which were perfect for cozy evenings and cooking breakfast in the morning. the outdoor space was excellent, offering a sunny spot for breakfast. the shower had great pressure and the pillows were super comfortable. it had everything I needed for a nice stay in the Lake District.

there was a lack of attention to detail, as there was no small foldable table inside for colder days. exiting the property by car felt unsafe, as there were no mirrors to improve visibility for incoming traffic.

Recently stayed at Newlands Farm Stables for a weekend getaway. The cozy chalet had a comfortable bed and surprising kitchen utensil selection. The terrace would be perfect for summer BBQs. Great walks nearby and only a short drive to beautiful scenery. Free parking and good Wi-Fi. Clean, well-heated, and felt like home. Generous supply of tea, coffee, and toiletries. Smooth check-in and check-out process.

We got great value for our money at Newlands Farm Stables. The room was clean, cozy, and had lovely views of the field. The staff were kind and even helped us with a grocery delivery when we were stuck in traffic.
