The room was spacious and had a perfect view of the Safari. We even spotted Rhinos from our window! The bathroom was fantastic, with two bathtubs, including one outside. The safari itself exceeded our expectations, as we were able to see the big five easily. The food was incredible, with a great variety and unique meats like Gno, Crocodile, and Ostrich. The staff were always professional, eager to please, and made our stay even more enjoyable.

the highlight of our vacation in South Africa, the lodge exceeded all our expectations. the spacious and clean rooms provided a comfortable and cozy retreat. the staff were friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. the food was varied and delicious, with plenty of options for both vegetarians and meat-eaters. the safari drives were an absolute thrill, and our guide, Hannes, went above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable experience. His knowledge of the animals, plants, and their behaviors was remarkable. We were also impressed with the lodge's consideration for our vegan diet, always providing suitable options. our two-day stay at the Game Lodge was truly exceptional, and we can't recommend it enough!

The location of the hotel is absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful scenery and wildlife. The rooms are luxurious, with breathtaking views and cozy fireplaces. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, with attentive and friendly employees. The breakfast options are varied and delicious, with something for everyone's taste. the hotel offers great facilities such as a swimming pool and a play area for children.

The dinner buffet selection could be improved, with a limited focus on meat options.

We had an incredible stay at this game lodge. The location just off the N2 made it easily accessible on our journey along the Garden Route. The staff at the hotel were extremely welcoming and provided excellent service. Our ranger, Kevin, was exceptional and we had the privilege of seeing four of the big five animals on our game drives. The hotel facilities, including the pool area, were fantastic. The thatched roof chalets were cozy and spacious, and our room had a fireplace which we enjoyed in the evenings. this was an amazing and great value for money experience.

I recently stayed at the Garden Route Game Lodge for a 2-night getaway. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. The game drives were a major highlight, allowing us to see a variety of animals up close. Our guide, Liezel, was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to ensure we had a memorable experience. The room was comfortable and private, with a beautiful waterhole view. The food was delicious and the spa was a perfect way to unwind.

Brilliant game drives with knowledgeable guides were the point of our visit. Good facilities, food, and rooms were a bonus! The chalet accommodation was small but cosy with amazing views. Comprehensive minibar and friendly staff. The pool has wonderful views and comfortable loungers. The lunch menu was extensive and food was good quality and incredibly well priced. From arrival to departure, we felt well taken care of and enjoyed every minute of our stay. A precious time indeed!
