The owners of the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay.

The only drawback we found was that the bed had a bit of a slope to it, which made for a slightly uncomfortable sleep. However, this was a minor issue compared to all of the positive aspects of our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Park View. The location was perfect, right across from Peasholm Park and within walking distance to the North Bay and mini railway. The owners were absolutely wonderful, going out of their way to ensure our satisfaction. The room was sparkling clean and the bed and bedding were super comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and they even catered to our picky 4-year-old son. We will definitely be coming back!

Our stay at Sunningdale was absolutely fantastic. Judy and David, the hosts, went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. The room was spotless and the modern decor was inviting. Breakfast was superb and they even catered to our dietary requirements. The location, overlooking the park, was wonderful and the proximity to the beach was a bonus. We felt right at home and will definitely be returning to Sunningdale in the future. A truly unforgettable stay.

The location of Park View Scarborough is excellent for accessing both bays and the town centre. It is close enough to the north bay and across from Peasholm Park, providing easy access to all amenities. Guests have praised the cleanliness of the rooms, particularly the pure white sheets and towels. The owners have been commended for their welcoming and hospitable service, with guests being offered tea and biscuits on arrival. The breakfast menu offers a good choice to cater for different tastes.

Some guests have mentioned that the shower/toilet room in the rooms is slightly cramped.
